Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, next day delivery is available. As this is a premium next day delivery service, you can track and trace items you have ordered.

Do you offer a Click and Collect service?

Yes, you can place your order online and collect from our Glasgow branch on South Street, 1 hour after placing your order.

What do I need to bring along when I collect an item?

If you choose the Click and Collect option, you should bring along your order confirmation and also one form of identification (with your name) when you collect your goods.


How do I return something?

To return any items, simply print off the returns form, fill it in, and pop it in with the items. Then, either post them to the address below, or bring the parcel in to your nearest AutopartsUK branch.

Do you offer a warranty with your parts?

Every item from AutopartsUK comes with up to 2 year warranty.

If a part you have ordered becomes faulty, please download and complete a warranty claim form and send it along with the relevant part(s) to the address below.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

It is a rare occurrence, but if you have not received your delivery from us when you thought you would, let us know. However, please note that we have to wait three working weeks before we can submit a "lost in post" claim form, because items will be returned to the sender if they are not delivered within three weeks.


How many parts and accessories do you stock?

At AutopartsUK we stock over 60,000 parts, from brands including Trico, Draper, and Mintex, as well as AutopartsUK exclusive brands Padtech, Disctech and Ultratec.

How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?

Whichever part you are looking for, we will only show parts suitable for your vehicle when you enter your vehicle registration or make and model. However, if you require any further information, please contact your local branch.

The part I require is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

If you require a part that is no longer in stock at AutopartsUK , please check back later (as we are constantly receiving new stock) or complete the enquiry form and you will be notified when the part is back in stock.
