AutopartsUK Returns Policy
We really hope that you’re totally satisfied with whatever you buy from AutopartsUK. Of course, we realize that, sometimes, items may need to be returned or exchanged.
To return any items, simply print off the returns form, fill it in, and pop it in with the items. Then, either post them to the address below, or bring the parcel in to your nearest AutopartsUK branch.

If you change your mind about an item you’ve purchased from us, or are not satisfied with it, you can return it. However, it must be returned in a resalable condition, with original packaging included.
In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item from AutopartsUK, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to replace it as quickly as possible.
Please inform AutopartsUK of any returns request within seven working days of delivery. Please print out the returns form, fill it in and send it back with any returned items.
We can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to us. We can process refunds far more quickly and efficiently if we also receive a completed returns form. Do make sure you include this in your package.
We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving returned items, as long as they are undamaged and in a saleable condition. All refunds will be made via your original payment method.
Every item has up to 2 year warranty. In the unlikely event that an item becomes faulty during that period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Returning Items to a Branch
If you return items to an AutopartsUK branch, we can send them back to the AutopartsUK Returns Department free of charge. Please still print off and complete the returns form before bringing it, and your unwanted goods, into the branch. Please note that our branches are not able to issue a refund or exchange for goods that you received by post.
Returning Items by Post
We will refund any postage charges where the return has been due to an error on our part. Otherwise, you will need to meet the cost of postage, unless otherwise agreed by AutopartsUK. Please note, AutopartsUK accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during transit. Please ensure that you arrange appropriate insurance cover where possible.
